First we start our business online and if its running good than we will open our store in Skeena mall (Downtown) because umpteen people go there on regular basis for shopping and it is one of the best shopping place for spend your free time as well as rent is very cheap over their around $2000. thus, it is a best location for my store.
What makes your product unique enough for customers to buy it?
I think creative designs always recognized by everyone. if we will do our best to make it unique with the help of our modern designers than definitely our customers like it. Plus, the quality of being one of a kind unlike anything else. we will also offer size chart so that its more easy for the customer to find out which size fit to them.
How would you promote your company through social media? Do you only relay on social media for advertising?
In this modern era, everyone use internet thus, we promote our business via creating you tube channel, Facebook page, we create blogs which not only describe our business but our designs as well, we also use video whenever possible, focus on our best sellers, remind our shoppers about their shopping cart, by posting Ad. on Facebook, Instagram etc. Since, many people use internet so, i guess to boost any business internet perform a big role in it and we will also organize events on timely manner which describe our business, services to people.
How do you manage your finances? What would expect me or any investors to invest in your business?
Firstly, we try to connect with wholesalers who provide us material in a low prices. so, there is not too much finance needed. Equipment cost is also a one time investment. But first we look at our company’s previous data and review all our sales and cost in order to make valuable predication. Further, except investors and me, i have my knowledge, hard work, and dedication to invest in my business which i think utmost significant in every business.
Are you more concerned with a client happiness or profit?
Undoubtedly, customer happiness is far important for us in business and we will also offer rewards (like discount on products) on timely manner but we need profit as well which is also umpteen significant for a business to stand in this competitive world.
Its available in cheap price but what is the starting price or lower price for the product?
Well, starting range is very cheap like $20 and its up to $500 to $10000 and sometimes it will also depends on customize design.
How much do you charge for express delivery and how long it will take to deliver? How much amount of products will the customers have to buy for free delivery?
we will offer Just $20 extra as comparison to normal delivery as normal delivery charge basis on customer’s location and we will also tie up with delivery companies for out of city locations but in Terrace we will deliver product by ourselves and express delivery will take just two working days. Top of that, if customer will spend more than $80 then she will get free home delivery for that order.
Your price is cheap so do you think that you can provide quality material in cheap price and you still make a profit? Do you currently find any suppliers to provide you good quality materials in cheap rate?
Actually we deal directly with manufacture so, there are no extra middle man who makes the worth of the product high and yes, we already find supplier from India who provide us good material in a low price and last but not the least, as everyone know there is huge difference in Canada or Indian currency so, if we will buy material from India then for sure, its give us profit as custom is not too much high.
Can you explain in detail how your return policy works and how many days will it take to refund? Is there any return policy from the website or social media?
If customer is not satisfied with our product than in between six days she able to send us email about reason to return with a picture so that its easy for us to recognize where is the problem so that we can aware more so, that in future it will never happen again. The customers also able to send direct message through Facebook or Instagram. The refund process will start immediately after getting the reason of refund.

I choose this business because i have keen interest in fashion designing and i always wanted to open up my own store as name of Priya’s fashion gallery and i know in this modern era, people love unique designs and creativity so, its best option for me to compete in this world. According to me, as i mention earlier as well, we will direct contact with whole sellers which able to give us very reasonable price as compare to standard one thus, its definitely give us profit in future.

Yes, its only for women in all ages since, i have knowledge regarding women’s fashion and in India i also did work as a retailer and there is also a Facebook page available as the name of Priya’s fashion gallery. plus yes, if we will get good profit in business then we will definitely plan to sell both men and women attire. Because in starting its very difficult to manage so, for now we will only focus on women clothing instead men. But in future we will surely think to add all gender outfits.
How many business days will it take to complete the production process? how many days will it take to deliver the final products to the customers?
Five business days is required to complete production process as in starting we does not have any huge staff and two days to give final touch to product like iron, packing etc. and just after 3 to 4 days it will be deliver to customer thus, total it takes around 10 business days.

Yes, there is a Facebook page and the name of that page is Priya’s fashion gallery which is already open and we are also receiving good feedback from their.
Who will be your fundamental rivals in the market? How might you manage them and what is the biggest challenge you face when selling the products?
In every business, we have to face challenges and competitors. According to me, for online business there is umpteen competition like: Shien, Amazon etc. But if we will offer good quality and creative designs than we can easily manage them because customers only wants pocket friendly and best quality material products thus, provide these qualities to customers is the only way to stand in this competitive world and in online business we need to be more careful about customers needs and always needs to be active regarding latest trends. So, this is the big challenge in online business.
What is the most ideal way to manage the dead stock?
we will offer to customers as a free gift or put that stuff on clearance or maybe refresh it or re-merchandise it.
