Our aim is to deliver a quality product which will be liked by every woman who wants to look stunning. In timely manner, we will also try to introduce many different new designs. As we know, fashion never gets old and nowadays, many females fan of local street wear brands because of their quality and cheaper price so that is the reason we choose clothing business, and this is my dream as well. We want to give them inexpensive way of the fashion they want, and we will make sure that it will fit according to the customer taste and we will also offer alteration services and matching accessories with particular outfit. We did research and found suppliers who can provide a good quality material at a very reasonable price. People also able to see sample work on our website and not only they will customize their design but also order ready to wear outfits as well through our website. Plus, our products accessible all over the world and suitable for all weather since we will offer all type of weather friendly dresses. The designs will create on demand and shipped within 48 hours.
Team:
Priya’s fashion gallery will be operated by Priya kanda (myself) because i already have experience in clothing business as a retailer and Harry Kanda (my husband) who have been completed their studies in B com. and has a great knowledge regarding finance, marketing and accounting. So, we will make all management and financial decisions. In the second year of business, we will also hire part time hourly employees for help like more designer and tailor and if business will go good then we will also for search location in Terrace downtown (British Columbia) to open the store.
Financial needs:
Priya’s fashion gallery is online business so there is no need of hefty sum of money in starting (first year). The funding will be dedicated for leasehold, designs, insurance, working capital, and opening inventory etc. The beginning capital for this business is $20000.
Production process:
The first step will be designing the sketch if customers want to design her outfit by herself thus, we will offer customer to do that and offer our ready made designs to customers as well and if they like the sketch which was according to their taste than we will work on that and if they like our ready made design than its also good. Thus, only if they will customized their own design than on that condition we will send design to buyer for rectify it not for our ready to wear designs. The cost of the design is decided by cumulative cost of raw material, labor cost, company margin, depreciation cost of the machine and all other taxes. After completion of the piece, all pieces will be checked to ensure that clothes are being made as per buyer quality standard. At the last, after checking, the piece will be ready to dispatch.
