Human Resources plan

Human resource plan: Priya’s fashion gallery is a small online business which initially run by 3 people, one is Priya Kanda(me), my sister who is a designer and had her own boutique in India as well and last but not the least my husband Harpreet Kanda who manage the machinery. The hiring is totally depends on need. I have brief knowledge of stitching and designing as well and training is also given by me to my employees. If my business grow in first two years than i will definitely hire more person for my help like for stitching, delivery etc. i will also hire one person who manage all my bills, cost, machinery, which product we need in business or which is not. Five hours a day and 35 to 40 hours a week, 7 days a week. sometimes, employees maybe required to work 60 to 80 hours a week to finish big orders like marriage, reception party, engagement etc. Plus, performance will assesses by clients review. The employee which i will hire must have a one year experience in designing. In every fifteen days my employees will get their paycheck and if they will do their best in business than they will receive bonus as well.

Implementation plan:

In first year, my only goal is to promote Priya’s fashion gallery everywhere so that more and more people came to know about this business with the help of social media. I will try to manage my business by myself with the support of my husband and friend. Set up all the essential equipment in my basement. i also try to collaborate with other websites who interested in clothing business like amazon. I always keep an eye on trend.

In second year, if our business will grow than we will hire more employees for help and give them proper training as well. Fashion is the thing which never become old. In second year of my business i will try to focus on new marketing strategies.

In third year, when the Priya’s fashion gallery name will become a brand than i will try to open Priya’s fashion gallery in more locations with the help of my staff and by hiring more new employees. we will also try to participate in local events so that more and more people attach to us. Because:

“Looks so good on the outside, it will make you feel good inside”.
